Why I am a coach...

When I broke my neck, my whole world stopped. It was the deepest, darkest, and scariest place I had ever been in my 42 years. I crawled out, and in doing so, I learned alot about myself and fear. I am here because I know where you are, and I don’t want anyone to feel alone on that journey.

How I can help…

I teach women dealing with stress, anxiety, and panic attacks to manage their fight or flight reaction. You can then identify thoughts, emotions, and beliefs that are sabotaging your progress. Next, we re-train the brain to respond to stress, allowing forward movement through life’s challenging transitions.

What I believe…

The human body is a walking, talking, miracle—everything it does has purpose, provides for our safety, and the potential for healing. The choice to evolve, live in peace, and seek joy is one you make for yourself. Once you do, everything changes.
